Final Guest Count Additions Condensed Form

This form is a short form that can be used in lieu of filling out the menu submittal form again for additions to guest entrees past the two week mark prior to your wedding. Please recall that our policies allowed for increases only to guest counts within 14 days. This is based on our caterers planning purposes relative to bulk food purchases. 

If you have more changes or requests to any items not found on this form, please resubmit the other appropriate submittal form. We will not accept final changes sent by email, as there is too much chance of error. We want to insure that your final choices are accurately conveyed to us so that we may deliver accordingly on your most important day.
