GUEST LIST TEMPLATE
Please use the following template to submit your guest list information to us. Please email it to planning@theenchantedbarn.com. This is a requirement of the State of Wisconsin.
This guest list should correspond with the seating chart you have chosen from the Resources Section of the Client Portal. You must choose the seating chart that is the closest to your guest count, not considering the number of people being seated at the head table. (The seating chart is a reference for the layout of the guests being seated on the floor.)
