WISH LIST ITEMS
The Garden Party Style or Formal Linen Style is all that you need to have an amazing wedding. However, we have listed below some options our venue offers beyond the Garden Party Style or Formal Linen Style.  This list is for reference only and you will have the ability to select which items you desire on the appropriate submittal forms.  

Outdoor Ceremony......................................................$3.00 per chair
Includes chair set up and chairs

Outdoor Ceremony Sound System......................................................$150 per day
This is a separate outdoor sound system we rent and includes set up at our outdoor site. 

Sound System.......................................................$200-$500 per day
If you are not having a DJ perform the ceremony music, you must appoint someone to do so. The staff does not run the music or sound. Please ensure that you have proper connection to our system. You will need a computer, i-pad or phone with an aux connection. The new i-phones need to have an adapter. We do not supply this. In lieu of a DJ for your dance, you may use our sound system, but again you must supply someone to run it. No charge if you are having a professional service/DJ/band run the sound system for all day including ceremony, dinner, and dance.

Additional Onsite Time...................................................... $50 an hour
Any time before noon on the day of your event.  

Extended time after midnight ......................................................$200 per half hour
Can only extend up until 1am.  For Sunday events, this would be anytime after 11:00, up until midnight. 

Basic Beverage Service
Complimentary with the Garden Party Style or Formal Linen Style. Includes choice of Punch, Iced Tea, Lemonade, or Arnold Palmer served during cocktail hour.  If you would like to offer more than one choices, it is $35 per additional beverage from the choices above.  For events after Labor Day, please add the options of Hot Apple Cider and Hot Cocoa.

Lemonade Stand                                      
A weathered wooden table set up and displayed with a vintage sign and your choice of:  Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, Arnold Palmer or Iced Tea. This comes with colored straws, glasses, napkins, refills done all day, garnished with lemons.  This is above and beyond the complimentary beverage service offered with the Raw Romance Package.  
          Base Charge of $75 plus
          One Flavor  .40 per person

          Two Flavors  .75 per person
          Three Flavors 1.00 per person

Photo booth
Includes set-up, props, & digital copy of all photos. Guests can make gifs & boomerangs and send them via email and text.

This service includes cake stands, platters, cutting, displaying, and replenishing your dessert.  Utensils, napkins, and plates/bowls are included within the fee.  Does not include dessert, this is just the service.

Late Night Pizza......................................................$15.99 per pizza
16 inch pre-made pizzas served fresh out of our Italian Brick Oven. Please note that this is not our Artisan Pizza. Includes plates and napkins. One pizza will generally feed 10 people (snack portion).

Late Night Cheese Curds...............................................$2.00 per person                                  Ellsworth Creamery Cheese Curds served squeaky fresh! Not deep fried.

Late Night Snacks.............................................................$1.00 per person                                        Gardetto's & Pretzels served during dance in the Hayloft or downstairs in the Milking Parlor. Pairs brilliantly with LN Cheese Curds. 

Popcorn Bar
Late night, served in bushel baskets during the dance up in the hayloft.  Includes a vintage light, sign and table runner. Includes popcorn, setup, bags and scoops for self service, and napkins.  Flavors include: salted, cheddar & caramel.

            Base Charge of $75 plus
            One Flavor  .40 per person

            Two Flavors  .75 per person
            Three Flavors 1.00 person

Ice Cream Bar......................................................$3 per guest/$4 per guest
Served after dinner with dessert before your dance.  Price includes two flavor choices:  Inquire with the coordinator for flavor options. For an additional $1 per person we will provide whip cream, cherries, chocolate syrup, caramel and peanuts.

S'mores Bar......................................................$100
We will supply marshmallows, chocolate bars, graham crackers and the fire pokers and set up at the time of dance around the bonfire.  

Amish Donuts.........................................................$1 per donut. Glazed or Regular.
$10 pickup fee applied.

Band Surcharge......................................................$300
This fee is in consideration of extra planning and coordination with your band, as well as set up and logistics.  This requires extra stage to be brought in. Band can play until 1/2 hour prior to end of your event, with no additional for tear down after the venue rental time. Band must have either electronic drum set, brush drumsticks, or, an enclosure around drum set such that sound can be controlled.

Additional Dance Attendees......................................................$2 per person
This fee is in consideration of the use of the grounds and facility (bathroom, parking, staffing, liability, cleaning) for these guests.  

 Next Day Pick Up of Personal Items and Décor
            Prearranged:           $ 95
            Not Prearranged:     $190.  This fee is to return to the venue to retrieve your items.  Time of retrieval must be scheduled in consideration of the next day's event, or in the case there is not an event, for us to open and staff the venue.   If staff is not available, the following day, you will have to schedule time during the upcoming week to retrieve or items.  

 
THE LOFT SUITE
Pre-Reserved for you on your wedding day/night. Checkin is at noon. Early checkin is not guaranteed and depends on previous days event. This Suite consists of 1 King room. You will input your needs for The Suite into the appropriate submittal document.  Day use of the Loft Suite is included in site fee. Checkout is at 10am.

    OVERNIGHT LODGING FEES:
$150 for the Loft Suite (King size bed)
     $85 for each additional side room (double sized beds)
*Check with coordinator for availability to book additional nights.

 

THE CABIN SUITE - $295/night
Check-in is at 12pm. Check-out is at 10am.
Located on the 2nd floor with either a private entrance or connected to the upstairs Loft Suite. This beautiful lodging has a gourmet kitchen, open concept living and dining, private bathroom and bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Suites at the Granary - Onsite Lodging Rates:
Loft Suite: $150/night
Loft Side Room #1: $85/night
Loft Side Room 32: $85/night
Cabin Suite: $295/night
Rent all 4 rooms: $595/night

THE GRANDE SHANTY
For details of The Grande Shanty, please visit our website page.  I have listed general information below.  Please use lodging@theenchantedbarn.com for any questions you have regarding this lodging facility.  When considering reserving The Grande Shanty for your wedding, please remember that check in is at 3pm. We cannot guarantee an early checkin. Checkout is 10am.

   Upper level includes 4 queen sized beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
   Lower level includes 3 queen sized beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
      Upper:    $ 695 per night
       Both:      $1295 per night


REHEARSAL (no dinner)

THURSDAY - No later than a 4pm start time. Book this with the Event Coordinator.

FRIDAY - Availability is not guaranteed unless you have purchased the Enchanted Destination Package.
For those that did not purchase the weekend package, and there is a Friday date open:
$75/hour (minimum of 2 hours) - also use this time to set up and decorate

REHEARSAL with DINNER OPTION

THURSDAY -
Join us every Thursday for Live Music & Pizza
$150 - includes rehearsal time and reserved tables for your group
- Rehearsal run through needs to be completed by 5pm
- Pizzas range $14 - $16 per pizza. Roughly 12” pizzas
- Arrange times and dinner setup with Event Coordinator
- Cash bar

FRIDAY - Availability is not guaranteed unless you have purchased the weekend package.
- Dinner service & setup for Friday are not included in the price of the weekend package
- Choose a Formal set up, Garden Party with Pizza, or cater in yourself.
- Range $75 to $125/hour (minimum of 3 hours) will apply (does not include food)
- Inquire with Event Coordinator for availability if you did not purchase weekend package.

DINNER STYLE (priced per person)
- Choose one of our preferred caterers for a more formal seated dinner
- Choose Garden Party Flow with Artisan Pizza
- Your caterer of choice
- Bring in your own food, serving ware, plates, etc.
