Rehearsal Dinners at The Enchanted Barn

Please note: Availability for a Friday rehearsal dinner is not guaranteed. If a Friday does not get booked by a wedding or other event, then the fees are:
$75 site fee per hour for rehearsals without dinner (2 hour minimum)
$125 site fee per hour for rehearsals with dinner option (3 hour minimum)
*Can use this time to also set up and decorate.

REHEARSAL with DINNER OPTION:

THURSDAY - Join us every Thursday for live music & pizza.
$150 - includes rehearsal time and reserved tables for your group
- Rehearsal run through needs to be completed by 5pm
- Pizzas range $14 - $16 per pizza. Roughly 12” pizzas
- Arrange times and dinner setup with Event Coordinator
- Cash bar
- Please note that we are open to the public on Thursday nights

FRIDAY - Availability is not guaranteed.
- Choose a Formal set up, Garden Party with pizza, or cater in yourself
- Range $75 to $125/hour (minimum 3 hours) will apply (doesn’t include food)
- Inquire for availability if you did not purchase weekend package

GARDEN PARTY PIZZA OPTIONS (not available on Thursday nights)

Option 1: Pizza by the Pasture—pre-assembled pizzas made for you in our Italian Brick Oven on the fieldstone patio. $15/person *Please note that this is NOT our in-house Artisan Pizza.

Option 2: Artisan Pizza Experience—Watch Artisan Pizzas be created live on the fieldstone patio. $21.00/person

*Both options include everything you will need for service such as plates, napkins, and garnishes; and allow you to bring in your own salads, side, and desserts. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through The Enchanted Barn. Pizzas are served buffet style.

For a more casual option called Garden Party Flow, bistro tables are set up throughout the venue and on the patios.

If you would prefer a more "formal dining" style, we can set up our 6 or 8 foot tables with a linen, and provide a place setting for each of your guests. Rentals for linens, plates, and flatware begin at $5 per person. This fee includes set up and clean up.

Option 3: Old Southern Smokehouse BBQ out of Rice Lake is available for your rehearsal dinner needs, either onsite at The Enchanted Barn or offsite at your chosen location. See Preferred Vendors List for contact information.

Option 4: Your caterer of choice. See Choice Vendors list for other catering options including Food Trucks! Food trucks work best with a more casual Garden Party Flow.

Option 5: Bring in your own food, serving ware, plates, etc.
