Can I bring in my own alcohol?

The Enchanted Barn has a liquor license; therefore, carry-ins are NOT allowed. You can bring in your own liquor to any of our lodging: The Loft Suites @ The Granary and The Grande Shanty.

Is soda included in the bar package?

It depends on what package you choose. If it isn’t, you can add unlimited soda service for $2 per guest. Sodas offered: coke, diet coke, 7up, diet 7up, A&W root beer, squirt, gingerale.

What should I serve for non alcoholic beverages? 

You can choose many N/A drinks on your Profile Submittal, including lemonade, fruit punch, hot apple cider, hot chocolate, infused waters, etc. The Enchanted Barn supplies water, coffee, and sodas and the mixers for signature drinks.

When should I have my bar planning done by? 

You should have this done 30 days prior to your event.

When is my bar payment due? 

It is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Ice, straws, cups, napkins? 

All included in the bar services package.

What is the cost of the bartenders provided?

The cost of bartenders is included in your bar service package. They do put a tip jar on the bar.

Is the bar area still open during the dance, for people? Yes. 

Can pitchers of beer be brought up to the upper floor?  Yes 

Do you provide any NA drinks, i.e. water, or do we provide everything? 

We provide Lemonade, Iced Tea, Cider or punch during cocktail hour which is indicated on your Final Profile. We also provide pitchers of ice water on tables during formal linen dining with stemmed water goblets. 

Can beer and wine be served throughout the entire evening? 

Yes, until bar closes one half hour before venue closes, typically 11:30PM 

 Regarding the one beverage choice that you provide, say if we want punch, about how much of that do you provide?
 
We fill each of the containers full at the beginning of the night, then refill them after cocktail hour. The infused water are refilled as many times as needed. 

 How many kegs can you have out and tapped at one time?

 We have 2 tappers dedicated to hosted beer. We always have 8 beers on tap if you don’t want to choose.

 Is glassware (besides plastic cups) provided for a signature drink in the bar area? 

Yes.
