Yes, we currently have 2 high chairs and 2 boosters.
Can we specifically request for Enchanted Barn employees to bus tables as guests finish eating?
No, we have found this doesn’t work very well due to the limited space between tables. Once dining is finished, your DJ or one of our staff will make an announcement requesting ALL guests to move to lower level for coffee and dessert. Our staff can then efficiently and promptly completely clean and transform the space for the dance. The dance floor will be ready in 30- 45minutes once your guests have exited the dining area.
How many guests can fit on the upper level with square tables (harvest tables) instead of rectangle? 80 or less
Is family style service an option?
Yes, we can offer family style service. Please discuss with your caterer.
Could you explain designated buffet?
Designated buffet allows you to offer two entrée options to your guests in their invitation but does not require you to offer plated service. You would provide an entree card for your guests according to what entrée they selected. This would allow us to know where to direct them when they approach the buffet line. Their salads would be plated at their seat when they enter the loft for dinner. They would be dismissed to the buffet one table at a time and take the color-coded name card with them which will indicate to the server which entrée they had preselected on their RSVP. Designated buffet is $1 extra per person.
